Hi church family!
I wanted to say thanks to everyone who is desiring to help out with VBS this year. I'll admit to not being the best organizer of VBS, and I apologize if my lack of information sharing has led to confusion and grief. I'll admit that this time of year is tough for us already with summer series work, softball, baseball, swimming lessons, camp counseling preparations. On top of moving and remodeling, we barely keep our heads above water.
So I'm going to put everything I know about VBS here and ask everyone to take over planning for the crafts, games, and snacks. I'll handle the skits and singing.
The link for all the materials that I have is here:

The main PDF contains a lot of information that you are welcome to use. For my purposes, the main lessons of nights 2-4 are what I plan on using. (Night 2 in the book will be our first night.) That means the story of Dorcus (Sunday), Daniel (Monday), and the good Samaritan. (Tuesday)
That should allow you to know the theme for each night and plan crafts and games accordingly.
As I understand it, Brook Rogers has already ordered some stuff for crafts and decorations, so she might be the one to contact regarding that stuff.
Thank you all for being so great at helping out! Whatever you decide to do for the VBS decorating, games, snacks, and crafts will be perfect with us. I'll handle the main lesson and singing at the beginning and end, and Shambra will jump in with whatever needs doing.
We will be gone at camp the week of the 20th - 26th, but I'll do my best to be available.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!
Love you all!
